A 501(C)(3) Charitable Organization
Every day, countless young people dream of building a better future for themselves and their communities through careers in the skilled trades. These aspiring Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Masons, and Mechanics have the passion and drive to succeed—but many lack the essential tools to get started.
The Air & Electrical Services Trades foundation is dedicated to equipping apprentices entering the trades with the tools they need to launch their careers. We believe that no young person’s ambition should be hindered by a lack of resources. With your help, we can place professional-grade tools directly into the hands of those who need them most.
Our Goals
- Provide education to individuals seeking rewarding careers in the construction trades
- Not let the inability to acquire tools keep candidates from starting a new career
- Show tomorrows workers the opportunities available within the construction industry
- Provide educational programs to all individuals who have the desire to learn
- Provide educational resources to all businesses within the construction industry
- Address society’s need for skilled construction trades employees
- Advocate for the future of tomorrows skilled trade workforce
Skilled trades are the backbone of our country.
About Us: The Air & Electrical Services Trades Foundation is a Florida charitable organization serving the trades workforce in Highlands County. Our mission is to create a direct path for unskilled and under-served individuals to start a career in the construction trades industry. The individuals we serve gain a step-up through education and tool scholarships. The foundation is dedicated to providing education to all individuals that are part of the construction workforce. We are a non-profit organization ran strictly by volunteers. We are a 501(C)(3) charitable organization. Donors can deduct contributions made to our organization.
Update: We are creating a hands on professional development center for apprentices. The facility is being designed to compliment our online training center. Our physical address will be 427 N Pine St, Sebring FL 33870.

The shortage of construction workers is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of workers across various trades. Factors contributing to this shortage included an aging workforce, fewer young people entering the trades, and increased demand for construction services. Our goal is to be part of the solution.
By investing in these apprentices, we’re not just giving tools—we’re giving opportunity, confidence, and hope to tomorrow’s hands-on workforce. We’re helping to build a skilled workforce that will strengthen our community for years to come.
Will you join us in empowering the next generation of tradespeople?
